SNR Architect • Assisting in generating the initial ideas for the architectural schemes. • Assisting in developing the concept design and presentation materials. • Assisting in making presentations to the clients, authorities and other stakeholders. • Developing the schematic design and design development documents for costing, client's approval and tendering. • Producing the tender and construction documents for architectural works. • Ensuring coordination between architectural works and other consultants and incorporating structural and MEP and other requirements in the architectural works. • Assisting in the contract administration as and when required. • Providing further design and documentation input to clarify the design intent during construction stage. • Assisting in evaluating the quality of architectural works during and after construction. • Assisting in evaluation of contractor's claims for cost and time where required. • Producing the materials for sales and marketing brochures for clients/PM.
