Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be developing a regional portfolio of business proactively whilst managing repeat business by understanding clients’ critical hiring needs and providing them with timely recruitment solutions. Over time, the consultant should establish an impressive reputation as a recruitment expert in respective vertical. Besides business development, the incumbent will network and research extensively within the specialised market to identify key talents and help them enhance their careers by introducing them to excellent opportunities from your clients. The ideal candidate should be an experienced recruiter in the headhunting environment with proven track record of success and has at least 1 year of recruitment experience in verticals such as Oil & Gas, Banking & Finance, IT & Telecom, FMCG/Retail, Construction or Logistics. Applicants should demonstrate high energy level and a strong desire to succeed, in addition to exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in particular confidence in developing relationships over the phone and capability in developing business at senior level. Fluency in English language skills is essential. Overseas candidates who meet above requirements and are keen to relocate to the Middle East would also be considered.
