Sr. Remedy Consultant Hi, Warm Greeting !!! from Sagacious Software We have an immediate at Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) Designation: Sr. Remedy Consultant Experience Required: 6+ Yrs Educational Qualification: Any Delivery Location/s: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) Mandatory Skills: BMC Remedy ITSM 7 and CMDB Specialist Desired Skills: Must have at least two (2) years of BMC Remedy configuration, customization, and design experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of IT operations experience. Workflow and process design, along with BMC IT Service Management (ITSM 7 and CMDB) Suite is strongly desired. Strong technical and written/oral communication skills are required. Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and Present IT Governance strategy for the organization using BMC tool • Understand planned scope of Incident, Change, SLM, Asset Management and IT Configuration Management processes • Develop execution plan for Design/Build/Test/Deploy phase • Provide SME guidance on installation/configuration/customization of BMC components (Remedy ITSM suite, CMDB, integration with third party discovery tools) • Individual contributor as well as guiding the team • Work with CIO and planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level requirements • Develop prototypes, solution blueprints, and project scope to ensure that the needs of the business are being met. • Participate in quality management reviews to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards • Excellent communication skills and technical skills to conduct solution analysis workshops, articulate strategy and to interact with CIO Accomidation, travelling, tickets, Visa, Insurance will be provided by the company Interested candidates can forward your updated profile to our email id current salary details with your updated profile and your availability for the interview with our client Warm Regards Sharmila ******************************** Sagacious Software # 71/1, MIG, KHB Colony Kormangala 5th Block Bangaloare 560095 Ph.no. 9108040927796
