DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS As a Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overall management of ATVAM Operations Contract SOW Responsibilities: • Ensures overall program performance and contractual compliance • Plans, manages, and controls day to day activities of Operations staff • Ensures budget and schedule meet program requirements • Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, and setting priorities • Interface with ATVAM CRM and other program stakeholders and partners • Reports to ACS Middle East General Manager Requirements: • 4-year college degree required, MBA preferred • 4+ years managing call centers and/or transaction processing environments • Experience with Red Light/Speed Enforcement operations desirable • Must be able to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
