Quality Assurance Manager Responsibles for daily operations management of Al Qasim facility The QA is also responsible for creating and managing the quality development life cycle (QDLC). - Ensures VPC performance and contractual compliance at Al Qasim facility - Plans, manages, and controls day to day activities of Operations staff - Assists Director of Operations with planning, staffing, budgeting, and setting priorities - Reports to Director of Operations - Defines, manage and leads the Q&A policies and procedures to ensure successful implementation of the ATVAM Program. - Design and implementation of QA strategy for a highly integrated environment. - Defines, and implement documentation control quality assurance procedures to ensure all documentations in use or in submission conforms to company standards and customized ATVAM requirements. - Performance analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements. - Works with client staff in the design and development of the various QA tracking and reporting mechanisms - Defines and implements strategy for continuous improvement - Participates in walkthroughs of requirements. Requirements: - Degree related to the field required or equivalent experience. Preferred certification in Quality/Control disciplines or disciplines - Fluent in English is a must. Arabic is a plus - 3+ years in managing projects
