Manager of Operations Responsible for daily operations management of Al Qasim facility Responsibilities: • Ensures VPC performance and contractual compliance at Al Qasim facility • Plans, manages, and controls day to day activities of Operations staff • Assists Director of Operations with planning, staffing, budgeting, and setting priorities • Reports to Director of Operations Requirements: • 3+ years managing a quality assurance/quality control function in transaction processing and/or call centre environment • Experience with Red Light/Speed Enforcement operations desirable • Project management knowledge desired • Degree in related field or equivalent experience. • Fluent in English is a must. Arabic is a plus • Strong personal integrity and ethical behaviour • methodical approach and excellent listening skills • Must be able to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
