So if you are fed up with the gloomy economic outlook in the UK and are thinking of finding a job abroad to get away from it all then we could have just the exciting opportunity that you are looking for. The Telecoms (Communications) Engineer will work ‘client side’ and be responsible for building and maintaining a vision on the project data communications requirements such as capacity, quality of service, data security and growth potential. You will act as the authority within the project for technical data communication related issues and verify that the telecommunications design proposals of the investors are fit for purpose and advise on the data communication consequences of change proposals. Acting as Senior Consultant in the project team you have knowledge of data communication and standards (TCP/IP, XML, SOAP), analysis and design of data communication systems, verification and validation, information systems security. You will have an extensive track record in telecoms and will ideally have a couple of years experience within ITS environments and/or be familiar with multi-disciplinary projects. This is an opportunity not to be missed so if you feel that you fit the bill and are up to the challenge of a long term posting to Saudi Arabia then we suggest that you send your CV without delay
