Project management techniques Successfully managed IT projects" Key skills - "Databases understanding Operating Systems SAP Workflow Technologies Software Development" "The Business analysis discipline has emerged to give prominence to ensure that the needs of the business are paramount and the total solution is considered during the analysis of business problems. This solution may, and often does, include computer system requirements but of equal importance are other elements - the business processes, the jobs and the people who do the work. The Business Analyst leads the design and supports the delivery of mid-sized IT projects and business process enhancements within their area of responsibility, to ensure the project is delivered on time, to budget and meets the business requirements." "1) To lead the business related IT process initiatives for customer development and other functions. 2) Works with colleagues and clients/users to investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques. 3) Works with colleagues and clients/users to investigate operational requirements and problems, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes/procedures, organisation and equipment. 4) Assists in the analysis of the underlying issues arising from investigations into requirements and problems, and identifies available options for consideration. 5) Works with colleagues and clients/users in specifying information flows, processes/procedures, and data objects that will meet the business requirements. 6) Documents all work using the required standards, methods and tools. 7) Arranges, prepares and takes part in client/users meetings and presents issues and solutions both orally and in writing. 8) Assists clients/users in defining acceptance tests for automated systems, in a thorough and reliable manner. 9) Assists in defining, planning and justifying (in business terms) projects to develop/implement automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes. 10) Involved with the changes and maintenance of SAP & BW in SD module."
