Mobile Application Developers Qualification 1. Diploma/Formal training in mobile applications programs 2. Fluent in English and Arabic Role: 1. To develop/enhance end to end applications/solutions on Symbian and J2ME and WinCE, Windows Mobile (WM) based devices. a) Transfer/Stream - Photos, audio, video b) Mobile applications/solutions communicating with back-end servers/ERP, CRM, SFA c) Device Management d) Transcoders/ encoders/converters/adaptors to support 3GPP/formats/data e) Security Algorithms f) Compression technologies 2. To develop/enhance applications using object oriented principles and be able to debug mobile applications using appropriate debuggers. 3. To be able to use emulator(s) for Symbian/J2ME/WinCE/WM based device to test mobile applications. 4. To be able to use the security algorithms provided by Symbian/J2ME/WinCE/WM operating system SDK to send/receive symmetric/asymmetric key based messages. 5. To be able to develop/enhance applications on Symbian/J2ME/WinCE/WM based devices such that they are very easily portable to other devices based on similar platforms. This requires in depth knowledge of the APIs exposed by the respective platform SDKs. 6. To be able to develop controls which can be reused across different screens in a mobile application? 7. Knowledge of programming one or more media players that are shipped with Symbian/J2ME/WinCE/WM based devices, is an advantage 8. Should have exposure to Microsoft Technologies - like .NET, Sharepoint, BizTalk server, Visual Studio, SQL Server 2005, SQL Server Mobile 2005, IMS 9. Should have exp in C++, C#, .NET CF, VC++(MFC & Win 32), eVB, Network Programming,
