Assistant Manager

1.Responsible for all the business targets of the territory and handles intensive competitive scenario.
2.Managing Existing Channels
3.Understanding & generating new prospects for expanding product range
4.Implement and monitor annual sales plan in line with division goals.
5.Determine & implement growth strategies for the assigned territory and work on feedback mechanism to the H.O. w.r.t the changing market requirements to enable factories to keep up with the trends
6.Appointment /development of Dealers as per the plan. Periodical sales and product training to enhance their productivity and support them in Service issues
7.Ensure that the dealer achieves his target and ROI also visit dealer key accounts
8.To offer most economical & functional solution to Customers
9.To maintain relationship with key customers to propagate business, monitor and implement strategies to get business from them.
10.Enter New Segments
11.Maintain and Provide MIS to Regional Office and HO. Product Gap Analysis.
12.To undertake activities to create awareness and build our brand in conjunction with HO and Regional Office.
13.To organize customer meet and do intensive networking

Qualification:
Eduction: Post Graduation in Marketing Management & Degree in Engineering

Experience: 2 years in Sales / Dealer Management
