Marketing and Business Development - Working with the partner of company responsible for the Middle East Region and the VP of Business, this role will require responsibility for managing Business Development - Search list of possible / probable projects and clients. - Responsibility for Business Development efforts: Coordination / Production of Submissions, RFP, Brochures, Presentations and Other Business Development Support. - Search for possible new clients and projects. - Responsible for doing studies for the different markets of the region. - Responsible for Business Development meetings with the clients. - Responsible for Review / Selection of Project Imagery - Responsible for Business Development Material Maintenance: Job sheets, resumes, forms, databases. - Production of Business Development Graphics: image boards, Job sheets, presentations. - Production of PR Graphic Materials: award submittals, market-focused mailings, specialty brochures. Experience of 3-5 years in the field of Business Development and Marketing. Experience of 1-3 years in the Middle East Region Dynamic, versatile person with outstanding communication skills. Good listening and interpretation skills. Good Presentation Skills. Availability to travel around the Middle East Region It is a plus, but not required, to have working experience within the architectural and engineering sector
