Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Pain Clinician) OR Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Pain Clinician) OR EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Registered Nurse with country specific post registration program. Current Registered Nurse licensure from country of origin required. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Four (4) years of hospital experience in an acute care setting including one (1) year specialty experience required. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Broad peri-operative nursing knowledge will be advantageous Demonstrated ability to act as a clinical and theoretical role model. Demonstrated leadership abilities. A proven personal commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement. Ability to provide constructive feedback and assist in the staff appraisal process. Ability to meet needs of specific patient population. Ability to work in a multicultural environment Excellent communication skills Experience in Caseload Management Educating patients about their pain management Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating education and training for nurse colleagues on pain management Demonstrated knowledge of acute and chronic pain management Computer literacy in Word Processing and data entry Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to nursing quality improvement outcomes Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team Ability to participate in drafting protocols/policies King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center in JeddahKing Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Jeddah is a tertiary care hospital in the western region of Saudi Arabia, and plays an important role in setting healthcare standards locally, nationally and internationally.
