General Manager - Ceramics The General Manager will be required to focus on manufacturing and business development – revenue growth and profitability. The successful candidate will need a real in-depth understanding of trends within the ceramics market and the construction industry (ideally in the Middle East) and have a very good understanding of the impact of innovative product design on business growth. Ideal Background Previous experience at General Manager level within the Ceramics sector (preferably in the Middle East) Ideally a Saudi National, GCC National or expatriate manager with a transferrable iqama (although we do not rule out the possibility of bringing in an expatriate candidate on a work permit). Outstanding Sales and Marketing experience with a strong track record of successful B2B business development / revenue generation and growth within the ceramics business Experience of managing a large manufacturing facility Experience of leading a large number of people (300+ employees)
