| KINGDOM SHOWROOMS MANAGER Our client’s company was established in the 1980’s with a commitment to provide high quality office solutions and technical support to its valued customers. High quality products and commitment towards customer service helped the company to widen its customer base to almost the whole of Saudi Arabia with its head office based in Riyadh. The company has a network of 10 branches (showrooms) across the Kingdom. We are now looking for an experienced Kingdom Showrooms Manager for their expanding team. JOB OVERVIEW: Showrooms Managers are responsible for running the departments to meet company’s targets and adhere to company policies and procedures. The aim of any Showrooms Manager is to maximize profit whilst minimizing costs. The Showrooms Manager will also be required to oversee the merchandising, human resources, marketing, logistics, information technology, customer service and finance departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •Prepare annual sales budget of the showroom and provide input to Line to consolidate overall company sales budget •Achieve and exceed the showroom sales target set for the products •Ensure general discipline of overall showroom staff, effective display of goods in the showroom to attract customers and give maximum exposure to products •Supervise overall showroom activities and lead, train, monitor, motivate the sales team to achieve set goals and targets •Regularly coordinate with marketing dept for price, availability of existing products and check on new products arrival •Ensure implementation of and compliance with company’s policy for sales, pricing, payments and financial policies and procedures to safe guard company’s resources •Should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, retail selling experience, product knowledge, analytical ability and be extremely result oriented ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: •Bachelor Degree, Marketing, Sales •Leadership Skills •Good Communication Skills •Report writing •Excellent Interpersonal Skills •High Customer Service Orientation •Minimum 10 years experience BENEFITS: •Salary Package up to 10,000 SAR + 25% accommodation + 10% Transport + commission •The above salary is to be used as a guide only.
